Marin County  ·  Established 1998

Fourteen homes a year. Never more.

We take on a deliberately short list so that every property gets the attention it needs. If we cannot give yours that, we will tell you and recommend someone who can.

How a sale runs

Four stages, and you are told the truth at each one

Valuation

Two partners visit, separately, and give you two numbers. If they disagree by more than five per cent we go back and work out why.

Preparation

Survey, photography, floor plans and title check before anything is published. Usually three weeks.

Market

Private register first, open market second. Roughly a third of our sales never reach the second stage.

Completion

One partner stays on the file until keys change hands. You will not be handed to an assistant halfway through.

Clients

What they said afterwards

They told us to wait five months and re-list in spring. It cost them a commission that year and made us three hundred thousand.

Thessaly RoweSold in Mill Valley, 2024

The valuation was forty thousand under what two other agents quoted. It was also the only one that turned out to be right.

Barnaby QuistSold in Tiburon, 2023

I dealt with the same person from the first phone call to the day I handed over the keys. That should not feel remarkable.

Nerine FalkPurchased in Sausalito, 2025

Thinking of selling this year?

A valuation costs nothing and carries no obligation. We would rather tell you to wait than take on a property at the wrong moment.
